All pieces are handmade to order. Colors, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly from photos because of screen settings and the handmade process. Measurements listed are approximate.

Personalization

You are responsible for the text, dates, handwriting, and photos you submit. Please make sure you have the right to use any photo or handwriting you send us. We may decline personalization requests that are offensive, unlawful, or infringe someone else's rights.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if an item is unavailable, and we'll fully refund you if we do.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
