Processing time

Every piece is handmade to order. Most orders are made and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons like Mother's Day and Christmas it may take a little longer.

Free US shipping over $50

Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States (3–5 business days after your order ships). Orders under $50 are charged the USPS rate shown at checkout. Faster options are available at checkout.

International shipping

We ship worldwide with USPS and DHL. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days.

Customs and import taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. If your package hasn't arrived or shows as lost, email us at info@torianic.com and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 1 day of your order. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.
