Returns and exchange details:

All our products are customized and made to order so you can't return or exchange your order only in cases that you have a problem with the products in terms of sizing, personalization or quality.

We reserve the rights to accept or refuse the return or exchange requests. Some cases may incur charges.

If products are defective (broken, discolored, wrong size, wrong request, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving.


--------------- CHANGES OF ORDERS ---------------
If you'd like to make any changes on your order, please contact us within 4 hours. After 4 hours, changes will not be accepted or there may be extra charges as your order has been processed.

Changes of SHIPPING ADDRESS and shipping service must be informed within 1 day of purchase. Last-minute changes of shipping address and shipping service won't be accepted as your order may have already been shipped out before we receive your request.

Cancellation of orders are accepted within 12 hours and will be refunded in 5-7 business days.
Order cancellation after 12 hours will not be accepted as order is already processed.
