Unfortunately I made the mistake of getting the writing on it wrong and when I spoke with customer service they sent a new one with the corrections right away! I was blown away by the accommodation. This necklace is gorgeous. The metal bar would be heavy if it wasn’t so small, that’s how solid and good the quality is. The engraving is pristine. The chain is strong and 22 inches sits perfectly on my clavicle for a tall woman with a long torso. This would be perfect for an original and personalized gift! I got all four sides engraved and it was so inexpensive. The owner is very nice. I forgot to choose some of the customizations and messaged him. He responded promptly that he would absolutely confirm those preferences for me. Just all around a great experience and I am so in love with my finished product.

The necklacea were super cute and well liked as gifts. The necklace is rough to the touch, which I understand is from the engraving portion. I just wish there was a way to smooth it over. And it arrived a week later than anticipated, but also was during the holidays. I would just take this into consideration the next time. I had to give the gifts a week late and the recipients gave me a hard time about not having a gift for the gift exchange (jokingly) but when they received it, they said we take it all back! I would still order for them again
