The seller was easy & quick to communicate with as we worked to find an engraving! The urn doesn’t hold very much of the ashes, however, they provide tools to ensure everything that can fit is able to be pushed in for proper “sealing” with the twist on cap. I’m happy with my purchase as it truly is a beautiful piece to carry around in memory of my little guy. Although, I do wish there had been more customized options for the engraving of the blueberries. I provided an example photo & they worked with me to the best of their ability, I just wish there had been more options to meet my vision more accurately. With all of this being said, I would order again if ever needed/desired & hope to see more custom engraving options in the future!

Great quality item, my dog passed on the 20th March and this will hold his ashes along with my memories of him. My only regret was not getting a longer chain but no fault to jeweler. Highly recommend.
