I'm absolutely in love with this necklace. My father passed away recently. He had been eagerly waiting to see my sister and I go on a trip to Italy which he was gifting us, but unfortunately the universe had other plans and he passed just about 50 days before our trip. I wanted something to hold some of his ashes in and take him with us. Using his handwriting from letters he left us, this turned out so perfect. the quality is amazing. Thank you for such a special piece.

Purchased a small urn necklace when my beloved cat passed away. The final product is amazing! I am surprised at how crisp it is and how much detail they were able to include given the small size. Good weight, appreciate having chain length options to choose from. Unfortunately, I did not receive the funnel kit that was pictured, so I may have to get creative to get the actual ashes into the urn itself.

I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for the breeder of our special girl. The quality of the pendant is outstanding. I placed the order on Thursday evening and it arrived in NY from TX on Monday afternoon. Thank you so much for the lovely work done to memorialize our special girl.

This was the most meaningful gift I could give my mom, sister, and myself after my dad’s passing. It means the world to us that we are able to have my dad’s favorite saying on one side, and his handwriting on the other. It came out even better than I was imagining. I immediately cried at how beautiful it turned out!

It’s everything I needed in my grief to carry some of my baby boy around. My only complaint is how easily it shows fingerprints. Other than that I’m obsessed and I don’t plan on taking it off.

The only thing that was just not right was the length of the chain, but it’s okay, the chasm allows me to carry some my little guy with me!

There seemed to be a disconnect between what I wanted imprinted on the pendant and what I received. The engraved picture looks nothing like my dog and the paws which the seller said he would include are almost non- existent. The whole thing looks awful. The engraving is so light that half of my dog’s face is barely visible. He was a black dog but you would never know it from this pendant. I had a two pendants done by another vendor a few months
ago and the quality between their impeccable work and this substandard work is like night and day. Very disappointed…

My charm is absolutely beautiful and looks just like my Finnegan. My first charm didn't come out correctly and I didn't receive a finnel but they didn't hesitate to make another one and send me it asap. I appreciate you for doing that! I couldn't say anything bad about them. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely beautiful. My friend lost his best friend and when he got it in the mail he LOVED it! The portrait of his dog Gucci was well done and looked just like him. My friend said it absolutely captured his dogs personality and would wear it always and that’s what I wanted for him. To have something he can always remember his best friend and be able to still make memories with. The seller did an AMAZING JOB!
