The necklacea were super cute and well liked as gifts. The necklace is rough to the touch, which I understand is from the engraving portion. I just wish there was a way to smooth it over. And it arrived a week later than anticipated, but also was during the holidays. I would just take this into consideration the next time. I had to give the gifts a week late and the recipients gave me a hard time about not having a gift for the gift exchange (jokingly) but when they received it, they said we take it all back! I would still order for them again
